Guest guest Posted July 30, 2006 Report Share Posted July 30, 2006 Good question, . ly, we discarded the use of peroxide for wound cleaning so long ago (~10 years) I'd have to refresh my memory on the finer points. Possibly it could be placed in the wound for short time without disrupting the granulation tissue. These days we just use soap and water, or NS, and some pressure with a syringe and splash shield or a simple hole in the saline bottle cap.
