of you who support me through my " belly-aching " and complaining about

my symptoms. Yes, the 3 piece couch set was the primary cause of my

eyes/nose problems, as well as the other pieces to a lesser degree.

The couch I had bought new in 1980 (maybe vacumed it 3 times since

then)....it did have a chemical odor to smell it. And during night

while sleeping and in a.m when awake, there is some nasal

blockage/running, which I think may be the mattress I sleep on(about

10 yrs old)....clearly my (MCS like symptoms) have been enhanced

noticably, which may have led me to identifying the items causing my

discomfort.

Symptoms are better, and I hope it isn't a " season " thing where

the issue returns this Spring/summer. I also

think

possibly the throat burning....might....be due to a sinus condition

(never a problem before)causing post nasal drip down throat over a

year and irritating it, but the GI doc thinks GERD.

n I want to SINCERELY thank all of you for encouraging me through

this issue.....losing my health(and/or house) was a HUGE force that I

was facing. I'll not post here so often if I've stabalized, but will

remain a reader and commentor, as this board has given me hope like

NO other board I'm on....THANKS! Steve
