Guest guest
I've been to Cuba once and the key's often. Did feel well in Cuba even though the houses there are in very poor shape. I spent most of my time in a boat though. So it's not a very good indicator. The structures in the keys I was in for the most part were pretty bad. Guest guest
Polluted is an understatement. 3 miles out from the island I could smell tar from all the oil leaking out of their old rotting tanks or reservoirs. Havana harbor looked like chocolate milk. The areas I dove had no decent coral or fish on them. The harbor is an ecological nightmare. To think it all that drains into the pristine gulf stream is tragic. I did enjoy going there though. It was very different than here in America even though it's a mere 90 miles from key west.
