Guest guest
I just started taking Isocort about 4-5 days ago, so I'm still only on the two doses of 2.5 mgs. I'm not sure what's going on because I'm so beyond tired, it reminds me of the days when I didn't know I had a thyroid OR adrenal problem. But before I discovered my adrenal issues, I was drinking Red Bull and energy drinks everyday. Now, I've way cut back and might have one diet pepsi a day. Maybe this is why I feel so tired?? I guess I expected that even the small dose of the Isocort would give me some relief. My question is, when does someone start feeling better once taking Isocort? And when do you know that you have to try HC? I can hardly believe that I've managed to type all this. Lately I've been thinking that I might actually faint from the fatigue. I'm taking all sort of B vitamins, Vitamin C etc. And I walk to and from the BART station every day at work - about 3 miles. So I am getting a bit of exercise. I'm going to get fired soon if I don't figure this out. I can't think or do anything, let alone work. I feel like I'm on a sedative. I had a super stressful incident a few weeks ago that put me couch-bound for an entire weekend. Maybe I still haven't recovered. Any insight as to when I'm expected to feel better would be helpful. Guest guest
Sammie how much thyroid are you on? Ususally people don;t see great releif in adrenal symptoms till they get to abotu 8 pellets a day, but you still need to go slow. It is one of those thing we just gotta get through. -- Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV My Ebay Jewelry Store http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations The BEST thyroid website! http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
>> It's a relief that you say that to me about the 8 pellets. So, if I still feel fatigued on 8 pellets, I need to do the temp testing to determine what is really going on, before thinking of HC, correct?<< Yes and if your temps are stable, you can then start increasing thyroid but CAREFULLY in 1/4 grains doses. -- Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV My Ebay Jewelry Store http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations The BEST thyroid website! http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
Too little recovery for that much exercise, IMHO. Sammie, I'm in the East Bay - sounds like you need a ride to & from BART, Dear Neighbor! Also, depending upon where you are in the Bay Area, this week, our high heat is a tremendous stress on adrenals - don't forget your sea salt and vitamin C. .... ;-) > > I just started taking Isocort about 4-5 days ago, so I'm still only on the > two doses of 2.5 mgs.
