You might want to make sure you're aware of the contraindications for

turmeric (it kills my gut and appears to be bad if you've got some

other issues as well, such as gallstones, GERD, etc.):

I mention this because it took me a while a while back to figure that

was what was bothering me so much.

Also, I didn't see fish oil mentioned and that is well known to help

brain function and is also a great anti-inflammatory. The

contraindication here would if you were using any blood thinning

agents :

Thanks. I'll read about that. Yep, I take 6-9pills of 3/6/9 Omega

pills daily and like the one that has all three combined. Rhonda
