Guest guest
There are so many alternatives to chemicals for pests and yard care. I have never used pesticide in my old home and there are no pests. Preventing access to food is main thing but then there are many non chemical ways to control...Of course I have the mold-pest though. I have used termite chemicals though. How does one get away from doing that? --- In , " carondeen " <kdeanstudios@...> wrote: > > I agree with the ban on chemicals-when I was in local government-I > fought
Guest guest
There are laws governing poisoning the soil and house where there are termites-but after I did so to my new house-I found out there is a natural salt that you can powder the wood with as an alternative-I do not know much about it but the contractor said it fullfilled the anti- termite treatment for new construction. > > > > I agree with the ban on chemicals-when I was in local government-I > > fought >
Guest guest
Thanks . I have to treat the border of my house and I am able to buy the baiting stations, those big ones from a farm supply house but I didn't know what kind of bait to put in them. However boric acid doesn't kill a whole colony does it? I could have a service do it with a guarantee. I will cost me 1k though. I don't know if that is unusually high but I can't find anything lower than that for the baiting stations professionally installed and maintained. It's good to know you think this is okay. I was thinking meant should use termite bait either. > > I had homeguard do one of my houses for subterranean termites. I > highly recommend them.
