Its really a shame that those people can't get their cases heard again, I

think, too.

And what about the thousands more who didn't even bring cases because they

could see that the cards were stacked against them from day one.. those are

another tragedy.. And what about all the landlords and buildres who thought

about changing their practices but who looked at those documents and said,

'oh, **** it, let em mold' because they knew that the chances of them

getting away with it without people being able to do anything legally to

defend themselves were 100-1.

How many people were made sick because of those callous 'business

decisions'? LOTS...
