a year ago I tried to do the exhausting it outside thing with a regular

vaccumn cleaner (by adding a long exhaust hose) and every kind of hose I

tried had problems. The best one was still almost unusable because it

SHRIEKED like a banshee.. really loud.. deafening..

Barb,

Might want to call some dealers and run this idea by them. They will

probably frown on it but it's possible they would have some very

useful advice and a model that would fit your needs.

Than again if your going to do this why not just buy a 5 horse shop

vac and a lot of pool hose.

I had the same problem. You can reduce it some by using the shop vac

hose on the end. But I agree it's almost unusable because of the

noise.
