Guest guest
There are lots of things that they do. I don't want to iterate through a list because I don't want to help them learn new tricks. Bluntly, the only tests that are meaningful are the ones you conduct yourself by being there for some time and not getting sick. Some buildings problems are temporary and curable. But if a problem has existed for a long time, for example, if stachybotrys is found, which is sort of a terminal ecology mold wise, its very expensive to get rid of the mold. It involves getting rid of the SOURCE OF MOISTURE permanently, and then removing all moldy materials, and even ones inside of walls, and also cleaning out the old mold dust. This might involve gutting a building down to the studs and scouring them, then rebuilding it. If they are not willing to do this, in other words, if they are trying to pitch biocides or merely a cosmetic makeover, the problem will almost always resurface.
