Guest guest
Last night I was getting excited. I checked my BG and it was down to 153. I told my wife If I ate right I could get this down normal. Before bed I treated myself to a gardenburger, hamburger style. This morning I got up and at 9:30 it read (first reading) 208. Why would it jump? Gardenburgers are very low in carbs and I ate it without bread. Now for a snack last night I had some sugar free pudding and I tested 1 and a half hours later. Could this be a factor? Also took tylonal pm before bed. would this raise it? Mike
