Guest guest
Rhonda, When you are driving, do you set your heat/AC system on re-circulate? I found I have to keep mine set that way instead of drawing in outside air to avoid the exhaust from the other cars and trucks on the road. If I don't, I get an MCS type reaction, including feeling like I am going to pass out. You mentioned that you think you are developing chemical sensitivity, the problem while driving was an early sign for me.
Guest guest
Rhonda, There is a supplement, vinpocetine, that I have found helps wake you up slightly in that situation, the sudden waves of extreme fatigue. It doesn't attack the problem at the source like cholestyramine does, but it does open up the blood vessels in your brain enough to keep you semi functional a bit longer. Check it out. Its also cheap. Vinpocetine All the companies have their own versions.. they all work.. I would take 10 mg at a time, twice a day.
