Importance: Low WIC is NOT increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, etc. in the package. WIC has proposed these changes, and there are many industry groups who are voicing opposition. If this is something important to you, please make your voice heard! WIC serves half the babies in this country, this is a profound opportunity to make a difference in the health of many.
