Guest guest
I can tell you that the bag is a humbling experience that certainly results in some empathy for those older folks that live with them 24/7. , I was not older but lived with a bag for 21 years from age 17 til 39, got married to a wonderful man and had 5 sons. It wasn't always fun, lots of times was a hassle but cured my colitis which definitely improved my life. Guest guest
I can really identify with that statement about the bag being a humbling experience! I've been there and done that and really really do not want to relive it again, ever!! I had the bag 3 months between my first and second step of my jpouch surgery. It's not fun, but if you an survive that, you are in the 'tough bird' category!!! in Michigan
Guest guest
Thanks, , I appreciate the thoughts. I know I am not looking forward to having the bag, but good to know I can be active. Take Care, Cary Dx UC in 1969, Dx PSC 12/1998
