Guest guest
We need to have some kind of outreach team that can make contact with the people mentioned in these articles and give them some kind of overview of things that we know help, like cholestyramine. Police groups are especially important because they have a level of key level involvement within their communities that other working people often find elusive. So, when they say they are sick, people realize that its not just a serious problem for THEM, they also realize that their illness has a negative impact on their communities as a whole. Long term. Thats important. Otherwise - if we don't reach out - we are just passively letting the situation get worse.. and it will.. Not doing anything IS doing something..
