Guest guest
If you are looking at a possable lawsuit I would hire professionals for swab and airtests. if possable airtesting should be done while your in the home and when you know the mold is active based on symptoms either acting up or worsening which ever the case is. its important that airtests are done under normal daily ativity's to hopefully show more accurate amounts that you are being exposed to. I think theres enough known about airtesting now that it could be explained that it's not exact science but does have it's usefullness, as airtests cannot over predict exposure but can underpredict it. if your symptoms are worse with heat on, have heat on. if worse after vacumming, vacumm. the idea of airtest is supposed to show amounts you are exposed to. if just for yourself knowing, if it's makeing you ill thats enough info. that you need to get out, its not going to get better without remediation and you will still want a expert if you go that route. if rightnow you just want to know what mold types you are exposed to do your own tape tests and send them to a lab for testing, if mold is visable. you might try calling companys that do rayon testing and ask if they know of a reliable company that does testing for mold.
