I have a funny story about talking to you on this board. I called

someone who listed himself as insulation expert. I wanted to get an

estimate of how much it would cost to pull up old insulation and put

down new, as first step in figuring out costs of cleaning up my

attic. I happen to mention was due to suspected mold in attic. He

started to make suggestions about the mold but I knew I would get

mold person to help with mold, so it was off topic for me. I

couldn't get him back onto the insulation. I said I was going to

take care of it. Finally he said what " you need to do is get a book

called 'My House is Killing Me'. " I said I've read it and I also

talk to the person who wrote it " all the time " . This apparently was

last straw for him with me, who he felt was a little difficult to

tell things to, and said " LADY...YOU ARE FREAKING ME OUT NOW!!! " .

You know if a woman knows something, it's a problem for alot of men

(not in this group though). I guess he thought he had a nutcase on

the phone. So , you are famous and when people claim to have

talked to you, for this attic guy at least, it wasn't believable.

I've been meaning to mention it but hated the part about me freaking

someone out. (I'm so nice, not freaky.)
