Guest guest
Exactly what has always gone on in our home the stay at the same size for a year thing. She just hit the 3rd percentile finally this year. We just laugh because to look at her growth chart, she is growing at a steady rate, but extremely slow. Go figure, who are we to decide anything on what they're going to do. I surely wasn't offended by your message, of course it would take a lot to offend, we've been through a lot. Guest guest
Janet.. Boy do I know that one. I went out last week to buy the boys clothes for the trip and the saleslady looked at me like I was nuts.. making a HUGE thing about having to buy Aari size 6 clothes (thank goodness baggy is 'in') and a size larger shoe. He's worn size 4 and a size 11 shoe for over a year.. Our kids are the only ones I know of that actually wear clothes out before they outgrow them. Casey charge@... minnow@... Guest guest
Amen to the clothes thing. Austin gets his money's worth outta his clothing!! We just had a height/weight check done on him. He is 39-1/2 inches tall, 37-1/2 pounds, and head circumference was up 1/2 cm to 48 cm. His head continues to be small on the charts. Does anyone else see this with their Charger? Austin is 4-1/2 years old. Jacque

HOWEVER, he has growth hormone deficiency and has not started treatment yet-soon we hope. We can hardly wait for to be a big guy like Austin. ; ) Cheryl, , (5), (3, CHaRGE) MI

Guest guest
Jacque: also has a small head. I don't recall the measurement, though. He is 6 years old and weighs 33 lbs, and is about 43 inches...way below the third percentile. I just bought him a new school uniform for school...the shorts were a size 2T, and I had to have the waist taken in!
