I really can't get test right now and not even getting my whole

paycheck etc. So here is what I have been taking. Multi Omega says

take 2 soft gels 2-3 times a day so most time I take 3 in morning and 3

at night (6) has 3/6/9 omegas 2 has Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic acid) 40-

60% Flax, Flax Omega 6 Linoleic Acid 12-18%, Flax Omega-9 (Oleic Acid

12-18%) 800mgs

Fish Oil (GMO free) 18/12 Omega 3-EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 12-22%,

Omega 3-DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 10-14% 800mgs

Borage Oil (gmo free, Omega 6 (Linoleic Acid 30-40%, Omega 6 GLA (gamma-

linolenic acid) 19-26%, Omega 9-Oleic Acid 12-18% 800mgs

So if I take 6 I guess that is 2400mgs X 3

I have taken various calcium supplements and the one I have now has

600mgs of calcium and 125mgs of Vit. D per pill. I take two of those a

day.

The cod liver oil I have now has take 1-3 a day and one softgel has A

1250mgs and says 25% of daily intake and 130mgs of Vit. D 32% daily

intake. I've just ordered a different type of this that says double

strength cod and I'll have to see how much is in that one.

I'm not getting much sunlight but do have a therapy light but haven't

used it much. Not sure what I get from food but seems we do not get

all that much in foods.

So I'm not sure what Vit. D amount I'm getting. I take Magnesium also

and seems I need to take 2 a day with calcium instead of one from what

I just read. I think I've had calcium supplements before that had D

and magnesium in it to equal out what is needed together.
