YES and I would think this would be the best way to do it. I used to stress dose

with 5MG then wait 15 minutes if I didn;t feel better take 5MG more etc. till I

felt the adrenal symptoms stop.

, my big problem is that it takes an hour or so for the HC to

kick in and much longer for Delta. My question if it wasnt clear is

this " is it ok to use HC to stress dose when the rest of the time I

take Delta? " If I used the 15 minute method I would probably be taking

too much without even knowing. Does that make sense?

Yes it is fine to use it for stress dosing.
