Mold Trial in Richmond, VA -- Verdict for plaintiffs ( Odaris family )

The jury awarded the Odaris family $780,000 in a mold case were the family

lived in a moldy apartment and developed mold related symptoms. The attorney

in Richmond was , a really outstanding trial attorney. This is

my 2nd case with him.

I have testified in three mold trials recently for plaintiffs in MS, CA and

VA and all three verdicts were for plaintiffs and two were in excess of $2

million, but this one was less.
