had the phone consulation today

Lasted less than 10 minutes and he said the form would be the same

just different date which I know this and he said I'm going thru

those loop holes where the system tries to get you to give up. I

won't be doing that and hope the form gets to the HR guy Wednesday.

I called the retirement system today to see if they had received the

evauluation I had last week and they said NO, not yet. I'm totally

exhausted and get minimal things done around the house and have 8

animals to care for. I have one friend that helps me by bringing me

some things I need for me and animals and nobody else is offering ay

assistance.

Doc said today I have an ongoing, chronic illness that isn't going to

get any better but I'm hoping once out of that toxic place I can work

at getting better. He pushes me to see Dr. Shoemaker b/c my doc

isn't all that experienced with this disease but recognizes it and

will prescribe the CSM. I think he is scared he could be legally

attacked if I go way down hill or that I die. That is why he keeps

saying " Go to Shoemaker " and writing it over and over and over in my

records to save his butt from litigation. I would never do that to

him b/c he is giving me CSM. He said mainstream medical docs are

not helping me so go to Shoemaker. I cannot afford him and not even

getting all my paycheck so it's is not even an option and he won't

treat if you are still in the exposure of what is poisoning you. The

most important thing is to GET OUT OF TOXIC WORKPLACE then go from

there. I hope I'm not too far gone to recover somewhat after not

breathing that crap anymore. I forgot to ask if the doc I saw last

week for the neuropsyche evaluation had called my ENT or requested my

records. My ENT did say he didn't know if the phone consultaion

would hold up legally with refilling out the Dept. of Labor FMLA

forms without seeing me in person. Anyone know that answer? Seems

really with the updated date it would be good and nothing has changed

in 3 months and CSM is all he can really do for me besides sinus

issues.
