Hi,

My name is le and I'm currently dealing with recovering from

toxic mold. I recently saw Dr. Marinkovich and am on a special diet

and taking enzymes. It's been hard finding a malt-free bread in SF.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Also, I am trying to decide what to eat on this diet, especially since

I've been trying to stay busy. Also, I have read different opinions

about which grains are safe. Any ideas would be much appreciated...

fortunately I work at a restaurant that cooks very fresh. It's so hard

though.

The nasal spray I have may cause flu-like symptoms (I have to stop it

for a day or two if that happens) and since I feel bad all the time,

it's hard to tell if it's illness due to the mold exposure or the

medicine. How long has it taken everyone to heal? Thanks.
