For Christmas I got a full body massage, facial, pedicure and manicure.

I am going to try the massage today and check out the place. I am not

sure I will be able to do the other stuff, but I will check it out and

see if they have alternatives. I am trying the massage today. Have

never had a massage other than the quick one I can get from my

husband. It always feels good and loosens up the congestion in my

chest so we will see.

I did see a girl on tv that had lung illness where you have to beat on

their lungs and back to loosen up the mucus. She said she had a thing

she wears every morning on her upper body and it vibrates to loosen up

the mucus. Has anyone ever heard of that. Sounds interesting. I forget

the name of the illness.

Well I will let you know how my massage turns out.
