Guest guest
I know of one case where the insurance company hired someone to test the mold in a house and to oversee the remediation. The insurance companny and their " expert " cleaned and tested the house for months but it kept coming back as still " toxic. " So, what to do? Fake it! They created an artificial environment just so they would get a " clean " test result. They set the thermostat at a really low temperature (during the summer) so the house would be extremely cold and they also shut off all fans so the air wouldn't move. That worked! They got a " clean " test result and told the family that the house was safe. The family didn't learn about these " faked " tests until much later. Beware--insurance companies and their " experts " are capable of anything!
