Guest guest
After 4 calls and exhausting me to death, this morning I called and left a message I'd called 4 times and was coming there today to get a copy of my evaluation to get to the Retirement System so I could be scheduled for the Medical Board to Review before Feb. 28 when my 90 day is up for applying. I get a call within 5 minutes saying what is the Fax number and I'll fax right now. Yeah...............took a week and driving me nuts but it should have got there today. If I'll be lucky enough for the Board to review next Tuesday, that will be great but they only review on Tuesdays which leaves me 4 Tues. left and that is it. I hope I get approved if not next Tues. the following. I'll be glad when this is OVER and I can't imagine starting the SSDI right now and the crap they put you thru. I need a break!!!! If I don't get approved for retirement disability, I'll pass out and not sure I can function. I'm not going back into that Toxic place!!!!! I went out for a few errands today and got hits again. I hope when I hepa vac my car will help the car. When people posted about the air exchange in the car, I saw on my monitor switch air going to floor, air coming thru top vents and then top vent and floor option so I'm not sure what everyone is talking about. I know if you turn on the vent without AC, air comes in from outside which I rarely do. I have noticed tho when I turn on AC sometimes in car I smell a must smell briefly then do not after it runs. Another thing I can't figure out with my 1 year old hvac airhandler is when I turn on the heat, I have noticed a strange smell, actually stinks and freaking me. Doesn't last but if it is off for a while and comes on I smell it again. After it was installed Last Jan., I never smelled anything nor when summer came with AC but once switching from AC to heat smelled it. My old hvac when summer was over and I turned on the heat smelled like something burning. Actually set off my fire alarms a few times. I just do not like smelling whatever that is b/c the 3 or so years before I had my contaminated hvac/airhandler replaced, only in the summer did I smell a SOUR/stinking smell and I assum now that was the moist/mold/bacteria growing in the plenum/airhandler and in winter didn't smell it b/c it dried up and got furry and blew in all the mycotoxins worse than in summer. So, does anybody know what that smell can be? I do not want to smell anything nasty coming from my hvac.....My monitor for the hepa filter hasn't gone off yet and the new hvac was so clean and new, the hepa filter shouuld last longer than normal. Carl, if you read this, are the hepa filters they put in the airhandler something I can change myself? I have a F100 Honeywell Media Air Cleaner and haven't really checked out my airhandler to see just where the filter goes. Think I read the F200 are better and not sure if I can upgrade. Another question, is it necessary to have my hvac serviced yearly and whatever they do to it? My sis said everytime they did that something would go wrong afterwards so I wonder. They don't check plenums anyhow and my ducts are sealed to the plenum now due to new codes so I figure they clean coils and what else?? OK, my venting for tonight.
