Guest guest
You can have intensification of symptoms, including fatigue, when you first start on the CSM as the level of circulating toxins is temporarily increased while taking CSM. That was my experience. I felt good for two days on the CSM and then felt far worse on the CSM than I did pre-CSM for nearly 5 months (of course, I also had a round of abx for the Coag Neg Staph, which also elevated the cytokines and I had Lyme, so I had a boatload of toxins). So, I don't think it's so unusual to have an intensification of fatigue, along with other symptoms. It's also important to remember that you may need to increase thyroid hormone (and some supplements) while taking CSM as CSM will bind with those as well - that was also my experience and that alone would explain an intensification in fatigue.
