If you mean 'mold free', you can read or print out the mold and mycotoxin free diet of Dr Marinkovich on 'mold-survivor.com'. However it says to avoid eggs but Dr M said that must only be there due to that patient having tested allergic to eggs as his diet does not say to avoid eggs.
