They don't because that would require their having to admit that people get

sick because of them which they refuse to do even when the evidence is

staring them in their faces.

Just look at the history Tobacco, asbestos, dioxins, phthalates, etc.

They can't be allowed to self-police and donate to those that they are

injured on the honor system.

A fund should be created for the victims of chemical i njury based on the

number of people and the severity of their ijuries and the monetary losses

they have suffered and each year the companies that make or sell injuring

products should be assessed a payment that covers that amount for everyone

and the administrative costs as well as a buffer to be saved to do research

(since they wont) on alternatives to their products.

Thats the only way..

I think a more realistic solution would be for us to get Bush

to offer them amnesty if they agree NOT to pay medical trade unions

and government official's to crap all over us. Oh! wait a minute, that

won't work will it. Rat's!
