How many have put books in microwaves

I wonder if magazines can be put in there too. I recall reading about

putting books in microwaves to zap toxins. I don't have a ton of books

but would like to get the toxins off them without burning them.

Also, can magazines be put in there too without melting/burning. I

haven't felt pins/needles all day and open up a new magazine that was

wrapped in plastic and within 30 seconds I felt that crap. Haven't

taken any CSM today but guess I need to now. I can't believe this

sensitivity and it makes me Mad and people think I'm crazy when I tell

them how quick I know I have been exposed. A book can be covered in a

lot of mycotoxins.

I've notice also getting my mail I'm being exposed and get hits. I'm

actually scared of my mail. I don't want to fry my books and

microwaves have different wattage and also I will wipe the inside down

afterwards with white vinegar.
