Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for info on your supplement information and suggestions. As for how I feel after leaving moldy home, yes, I do. However it wasn't immediate. In fact I felt worse at first but it turns out hotel room had very moldy air conditioner. After taking care of that, I began to feel better and after a month there I developed a very good appetite, something unusual for me, and lots of energy, and sleeping better. Two months ago I moved again to less expensive temporary apartment but again felt worse after move. Place had to be cleaned too, dirty radiators that had to be cleaned and noisiness here has been disturbing my sleep, so not doing as well as I did at extended stay hotel but too expensive to move back there. Most significant is that newest symptom I had in moldy house was very intense leg pain in one leg of which I have had none since moving out of house (Sept 7), so I did the right thing in moving out. I need to move again though some place where my sleep is not so disturbed. Hotel had good sound protection for rooms. Even though it was full, I heard noone. Here I hear footsteps that sound like they are inside my apartment walls are so thin, so I was in clean air and getting pretty good nights sleep. Here I am in good air (I think) but not getting much sleep, so have to consider more things than just air quality when chosing a place!! > > > I would imagine your C4A might well have come down since you're not > in your home anymore. Do you feel any better overall?
