On that Lawyers USA web site their is a legal opinion that gives mold

plaintiffs a way to sue

longer than would otherwise be possible because of the defendants collective

use of " fraudulant concealment " which tolls the statute of limitations.

This should apply everyone who sued and lost because of the position

paper..and also people who could not get a lawyer because of it

Partially because the defense PAID Globaltox to write this paper.. but more

generally because this whole process is corrupt and its obviously set up to

frustrate justice for people like us.. SO WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO WAIT UNTIL WE

CAN WIN...

The reality is that a statute of limitations can not START to run until

people can actually sue and win.

If they are prevented in some FRAUDULENT way from being able to sue, the

statute cannot possibly be running.. YET.

What might happen is that after the final proof is clear, then a statute

might start to run THEN.
