Guest guest Posted February 14, 2007 Report Share Posted February 14, 2007 Boy the board has been busy. Just wanted to say " HI " to everyone. It's been a very busy couple weeks. Several of you have e-mailed me and asked where I've been. Today is really the first day I've had time to turn on the computer. I was out of town last week on business. During that time and before I left. My daughter was really sick. This went on for 2 weeks. Until I could narrow down the problem. Well it was several things w/in the school. So, once again the school and I had it out. Guess who won? (I'll let you figure that one out. hehehe) One teacher decided to add a plug in-in her classroom which made my daughter think her head was going to explode, along w/severe heart burn, upset stomach along w/many other things. The art teacher forgot (yeah right) about the chemicals in paint, clay, and paper mache' (sp?). So, basically she was getting getting hit left and right for 2 weeks, deathly ill. Indoor air quality testing started today (mid winter agreement), plug in is gone, and she has been removed from art class. She is now an assistant in the library. She is doing better since last Wednesday. It will take 2-3 weeks for her to fully recover. Fingers crossed the air quality and tape lifts come back good again.
