another call to the retirement system today with no luck

I called Tuesday and they said a call will be returned in 24hrs. No

call then I called Thursday and early and no call back and called today

and person said they would put high priority on the message and No call

back. I can't even find out if they have me on payroll to get paid

March 25 for 3 months backpay. Called my previous HR guy and he said

they told him they didn't receive the notarized paperwork I sent on

Feb. 20. They are LIARS and I'm going to send CERTIFIED Monday the

notarized paperwork and fax it. Seems the State system is as Stupid as

SSDI and they must just throw away our paperwork to stall paying us.

I'm so sick of this crap and really can't take much more. It would

only take a minute to call me back and say Yes we received paperwork

and you are on payroll but NO they can't even call and if they say they

didn't receive my mailed forms, they ar liars and I wish I could sue

state government b/c they are a crock of X%#%. I'm not even pursuing

SSDI since I know are are liars. Will I ever get a paycheck??? Rhonda
