Guest guest
All, tonight on CBS channle 4 tonight on 5pm EST news, Dr. Mallika Marshall answers the question: Mold in the home make you sick. I had copied and pasted this from the CBS website. There is a place in the website that I think we all need to write to them regarding this. Apparantly she has never visited our group here, and doesn't know our reality or maybe she just doesn't want to know our reality that we are living in. Darlene wbztv.com Mold In Your Home Kathleen, Plymouth: " My aunt and uncle had mold in their home. Could it have made them sick? " Dr. Mallika: A lot of people are concerned about exposure to mold. The truth of the matter is mold is a fungus that is present in most places, both indoors and out. All of us are exposed to some mold every day without any problems. We breathe in mold spores that are present in air or eat foods in which mold has begun to grow. But people with actual mold allergies can have a bad reaction if exposed to too much mold. These people can develop wheezing, stuffy nose, itchy eyes, headaches, rashes…and over time could develop chronic sinus problems. However, very rarely do molds cause life-threatening disease.
