I was just wondering what other ppl here do? I have a bunch of tapes now and

one that deals with light wieghts so i can tone those arms.

So if i want to work out at least an hour each day five times a week. Should

I do something like 30-45 minutes of taebo or other cardio and then do the

15 minute light wieght thing 3times a week and two times between that just

do an hour of cardio?

For work out vids I have the original four pak, the original live four pack,

a paula abdul cardio dance, the methods - cardio boot camp, and the methods

- light weight workout or whatever its called with 15 minutes of wieghts and

15 minutes of toneing the lower body.

Any one else here use the method series of workouts? i really like the two i

have and am considering getting the kick jab and burn one [not sure totaly

of the name] , the tai chi one , I tried yoga but I think tai chi would be

cool cause its continuous motion and that interests me more, and the belly

dance on cause that just looks fun :)

anywoo anythoughts would be helpful.. cardio for sure though right? cause I

do want to shed some pounds and icky fat cells.

thanks a bunch!

krissy

ps - im also considering getting that jump rope workout , which is another

cardio one and this other one thats called newyork ballet or whatever -

although I cant find the bloddy thing anywhere ! and I know it was in wally

world the other day and when I went back for it it was gone!! grrr
