What kind of fish oil did you take ? My c4a was close to 6000 the

only time I tested, 5887. Dr Shoemaker wanted to rerun it and sent me

an Rx for that but it is so expensive and I don't feel better so I

haven't retested yet. I have some salmon fish oil tablets I have not

been taking so ran and took one now! I take things for awhile and I

don't feel any better, so I stop taking them. I stopped buying

supplements since I'm so inconsistent about taking them and so I have

the money for hyperbarics. So many different things recommended that

sometimes I feel overwhelmed and don't take anything. My alternative

doc recommended I do Vit C flushes for inflamation which I do think

helps me. I will do this for a day or so when I'm having a bad

spell.
