Several years ago, a doctor suggested using glutamine to heal the gut.

I notice that Wikepedia references that function for glutamine, along

with healing after surgery.

, thank you for that. Glutamine is also used in body building. I think

that mold illness screws up amino acid absorbtion.

Ive taken tyrosine for a long time and I have noticed that when I stop

taking it the brain fog gets much worse.
