Guest guest
Hi, I haven't felt well as of late but trying to keep going. I went to Wal Mart to buy some mildew resistance bathroom paint but they were out so I bought some veggie plants instead. Yesterday I got approx 3 different species 30 plants of lettice planted. I remember a long time ago, when my now 26 year old son was just 1, I planted an organic garden. I had some health issues at that time as well. I was treated positive for mold allergies then. I had no idea there was a mold problem in the house we lived in back then until as of late from what I read here. The house had been burned and was built over the burned. I had noticed in the attic the burned wood had not been replaced with new. I thought nothing of it but one bedroom continued to bother me with a leak. I am sure the fire dept gave the building a big dose of watering down as well! I thought the tow of having my first born was what had dragged me down so bad. Thinking back, I know there was a mold issue in that old house. The thing that got me feeling better was getting out of the house and planting my garden. I even started feeling well enough to get back in the work place. I also had a good allergist whose shots were the only ones I ever taken that actually helped. He told me which vitamins to take and which to stay away from to deal with a mold allergy. He even instructed me on what to eat and what not to eat. I even started working 3 jobs I felt so good! This morning going outside and looking at my lettice patch and planning for my planting tomorrow, I am looking forward to better health this summer. Of course, I wear a pollen mask these days as my lungs can tolerate the dust as in my youth. Life can be tough but we can hope for a better day! We can't give up hope. I hope that with us as a group, we can make a difference in each other as well as the lives of others who have been made ill by mold. There is power in numbers! Have a nice day!
