I went into see Harry's legistlative aide today about lobbying for

fragrance labeling, safer pesticides, chemical injury accessiblity and

womens health issues.

I was told this is how it's done, he has his staff tally the inquiries

then he addresses them if there are a number of people who have the same

concernsw. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I asked about a petition if that would help

and she said if it has people signing off on it.

So I am going to be preparing one and leaving it at various chemcial

injury friendly buisnesses or medical office. then I plan on going down

to UNLV and having sutdents sign off on it.

I thought it would be a good idea if others in their state did the same,

forwarded to their reps and sent a copy to me so I can put it with mine

showing that it is national.

As she told me thats how the blind people got their needs addressed. So I

plan on also referencing the congressional prior bill of SNIFF.

My congressional rep is going to co sponsor but it seesmt hat it has not

been submitted again. So whoever got their rep to address it can they do

it again and now that we have a democratic government we most likley can

get it passed.

Nothing ventured nothing gained. BUt I think it helps if the senator is

also the leader.

Opinions anyone?

I think Barbra Boxer has been involved with the chemical issue. I

know Henry Waxman has been involved with chemical reform. I have

written to all my representatives during the years and in my state

Senator Biden wants to be president. I certainly don't want someone

for president that has done nothing about these health issues, but

then you have to get through the aids and can never talk to a real

Senator atleast in my state. There are a lot of MCS sites including

Australia and many other countries. There have been some senate

hearings recently on the chemicals so they all know about it.
