That's what many people are saying. And some of them protested in front of the building Thursday. Nearly a dozen people were there, with signs and symbolic masks over their faces. Most of them are friends of Dan uk, a former Health District employee who's fighting for his life because of exposure to mold. He says it all happened here at the Health District. Protestors say something needs to be done about it. " They're passing the buck, that's what I say, " protestor Morley Gordon told News 3. " OSHA'S investigated a couple of times already, they just won't admit the fact that the building is a death trap. " uk says he's won a ruling against the Health District, so they have to pay his medical expenses. The Health District is appealing, however. We asked the health district about the complaints.
