I'm not sure I ever figured that out but I know I used to read a deck

size of cards of meat is enough per day and also that can depend on

how active you are. But if you don't eat meat and eating

seeds/nuts/pasta/beans and anything but meat, then I want to know a

good amount to get each day. I do have protein powder but I haven't

drank that in a while. I did order me pumpkin seeds/sunflower

seeds/hazelnuts,almonds, cashews, pitashios and brazil nuts and

should be here Wed. I like eating nuts and seeds anyway just never

had a lot on had to munch on daily and they can be costly but if I do

not buy meats won't be. I'd rather eat nuts/seeds etc. than eat meat

but I use to like to cook more until I got poisoned so bad and still

love watching the Food Network.

HR guy is being slow and had since 8 am Friday to find out if

Processing received my evaluation. As of today he hadn't found out

and said he would Friday.:{ That just means I won't be scheudled for

the State Bd. to review the evaluation tomorrow which leaves ONLY 3

more Tuesdays and every week I'm not approved, NO PAYCHECK and I

can't afford a 2nd paycheck docked. I can't stand slack people that

HR guy is slack and not doesn't have the right answers to anything I

ask. That is OK b/c his butt is sitting in Abestos being removed

while he's snorting it and MOLD and who knows what else....bet he'll

remember me one day way in the future....
