Guest guest Posted February 24, 2007 Report Share Posted February 24, 2007 Now that I do not take CSM 4 times a day and only take if I feel a hit or go out I wonder should I take the CSM before going out to do errands or wait until I get back and take it. How long does it take for food to digest after you eat where the CSM won't absorb nutrients if I take later after I eat? I always wondered how it didn't absorb nutrients when we take it half hour to an hour before we eat and how it knows to absorb toxins and not all the nutrients. Was told to take any meds 3hrs apart from CSM and vitamins. I got the pins/needles symptom after going places today and I do think it's not just mycotoxins. I think chemicals also. I also think the CSM could have made my hair not healthy also along with the mycotoxins. It would be interesting to get a hair analysis and see what the results are. My ENT can do that but I doubt insurance pays for it. I also think the hair color contributed also b/c I did some lighter colors and seemed that made it worse but I do know not to leave it all over hair for 30 minutes now.
