It seems we cannot escape bad govenment inspectors and shoddy

constrcution. It hit us again in our brand new home in Oklahoma. We

hired a State Licensed Archeticut and his 17 page report lists many

state and federal code violations. In June of 2006 I filed a formal

written complaint wuth HUD against the builder and the City for

misuse of federal Money. As of yet, even though they accepted my

complaints and the many complaint updates I have made, HUD has yet to

call me or inspect our home.

The FBI siad to put in a complaint against HUD with the HUD IG and we

did and it was accepted. We also had to file a complaint with DOJ

because we were told that somebbody had used identity theft with my

name on the internet and had tried to get illegal access to my Army

and VA financial and medical records at FT Sill.

Just yesterday a represntative of the builder started screaming at us

while in our home. I told the builder, City, HUD and DOJ about it and

aksed for Federal protection for my Family. Under federal Whistle

Blower and HUD Laws this is not allowed and is considered a criminal

offense.

This is why we need a Federal Stabdard for Building Construction with

severe penalties put into the Law. I wrote one some years ago and

Congress in DC and massachusetts did nothing. It is time to try again.
