Hi Crew -

WOW ! Pat is doing really well. He was up - slowly - walking already

yesterday !

and he's heading for home tomorrow!!!!!!!!! Can't pin him down.

my hubby, Pat, and I zoomed over to the hospital this afternoon to say hi

and good-bye - we hadn't planned to go til this week-end -- but i called

today and his Mom said he was going home - so just wanted to see him.

Doc went in from front so he has a tummy full of staples - a bit

uncomfortable - but the pain he had before surgery is gone. yippie He

said he was walking yesterday. WOW ! BTW his doctor is my doctor too.

Dr Pablo Lawner - great guy for spinal surgeries.

Pat sends his hugs to the Crew and his thanks for well wishes etc..... and

really looked good. It's wonderful to see the quick bounce back. He will

write when he gets home.

Thanks for the update, Lynn. You are definitely the hostess with the mostess!

Now I realize about spinal surguries that HEI is not particularly the place! As

much as it is for ANs, anyhow. Sure glad to hear about Pat, and hope does

as well. Marie
