Anyone know how to eliminate this so it doesn't cause more and worse of the same? Pretty scary to wake up looking at hands you don't recognize and toes curled under. It has resolved tremendously by taking the CSM (almost a year now) and moving out of my toxic house into a space with lots of HEPA air filters, no carpet, window treatment, etc., so the toxins I'm exposed to are minimized.
