Guest guest
Hi Jackie, You know, I don't know. I have just been happily ignorant in that up till now, its been far better than the place I had left, but I suppose nobody is immune to the effects of neighbors work. Now it looks like the teardown work is done and the old wood gone, as far as I can see. But my hips are still screwed up but I'm gradually getting better. Does exercise help this kind of thing? I had realized after this just how badly I have fallen out of shape in the last few years because of the fatigue and it makes me think that really it is an important issue for me to get into shape even if its very hard because otherwise I won't have the ability to walk when I get a big hit of mold exposure. Its really bad, I am using a stick to walk and I can barely stand up. I'm just eating yogurt. I can't eat solid food, my stomach won't deal with it. The day before yesterday I was unable to walk at all except to go to the bathroom and I thought I had some kind of serious disease but the fact that I got a little better yesterday helped quite a bit.. at least now I can see that its not permanent.. But s***. What an eye opener... On 4/4/07, jackiebreeze <jackiebreeze@...> wrote: > > I know this sounds crazy but how sealed is your house?
