Dear Friends,

I know that over the years that I've belonged to this group, different people

have posted lists of natural or over the counter remedies for the chronic

fatigue/fibromyalgia that is related to mycotoxin exposure, but I don't see

anything about that in the files section of this group.

I don't know when or if Shoemaker's ProCrit clinical trials will ever bear fruit

so that the rest of us can get treatment for a reasonable amount of money not

involving camping out for weeks at a time in land or paying thousands of

dollars for the shots, the MRI's and the dizzying array of blood tests.

I have learned about NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine - Antioxidant and Glutathione

Precursor - Glutathione s transferase is the enzyme that takes toxins out of the

blood quickly, but I don't know if taking something orally will increase the

amount of this enzyme or affect its activity) and I take L-Lysine when I get

really exhausted and start getting white sores all over the inside of my mouth.

No matter what NOTHING makes me feel more energetic immediately so I never know

if when I feel better, it's because of rest alone or something I took.

If you have any ideas or suggestions or websites to recommend, please let me

know. I just spent what feels like a totally unnecessary, " Lost " week in bed in

a state of total confusion. Now I have so much to put back in place as I wait

for the next attack.

I am posting a study about glutathione (called that), another .pdf called

mycotoxins and a Finnish water damaged buildings study in the files section.

Stensrud
