1st ? Do you have anything from any of your other drs that says you are

disabled?

2nd. If so, then you can report him to the state board of medical

examiners as you requested a REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION and it was denied.

3rd. Want me to call him LOL

Jackie that wasn't the first time this happen last year I went to see a pain

doctor with my mask and t-shirt the next thing I know he told me not to come

back to his office and it had very bad mold.

Angel answer # 1 is yes to all your questions for I really needed to see that

Doctor and you all know what happens when I call 911 and end up in a hospital. I

guess I will stay ill because I'm still living in mold nice place but there's

mold and HUD took away my HUD Voucher and illegaly evicted me. making a very

long story short that was why I moved to Georgia to prove what I say and the

followed me just as I know they would and all the same things happen in Georgia.

I'm up the creek I've Contacted all my Reps and HUD Top man Mel ez State

Sen. I can't win for loosing education is so important and I was a Forster child

never had what most people had.

I was on my own.

I use the website and Read Mold Warriors with the toxic symbol is your indoor

environment making you sick? Mine did! the website

Ben makes my T-shirts for me with Idea from some of you also be

myhouseiskillingme and so on anything to get my message across.

Gotta do what yea gotta do and I love good information it also makes me feel

better about wearing the mask people don't have to ask or stare.
