We are the canaries who have lost our health, careers, homes, due to mold contamination and the illness it causes. We have become ill from mold in our homes, schools, workplaces; yet the majority of conventional medical practitioners and government agencies either deny that mold causes serious illness, or remain uninformed due to disbelief and the lack of research and communication. (Despite the fact that mold toxins are used as biological warfare agents). For whatever reason, global warming, super-strains, construction materials, etc., many toxic molds are increasing in our buildings and our health is at serious risk. Those with a vested interest in the insurance industry and government agencies, who are denying our legitimate claims, must stop hindering our call for help. It is imperative that this problem be recognized, acknowledged and acted upon immediately. It surely will continue to escalate and impact thousands more, costing millions in health care costs and lost productivity. We need research and solutions for medical treatments. We need financial help; our lives have been virtually destroyed. We need to answer the question of why? What is affecting nature's balance to allow molds to proliferate to dangerous levels? Stop the denial, start the research, and please help us regain our health and rebuild our lives. We implore you to begin an investigation into why current research regarding the seriousness of mold induced illness is being ignored; and thus making treatment unattainable for so many.
