I know this is gross but,

has anyone else noticed that they dont prouduce much mucus?

sinus, lungs, ect. I was passing it in my stool at the second home pretty

heavy(does anyone know where I can get frozen stool tested?)

and after I got out of there, I caughed up gobs but now I just caugh

up slimy watery bubbley liquid when I get a lung infection, and my

sinuses are painfully dry almost all the time even with infections

going on. its a relief when I have a running nose but this hardly ever

happens. sometimes with a sinus infection and sleep apnea is bad, I

wake up and will cough up a few dried clumps of mucus from my airways

that may of drained down the back of my throat but they are dried up..

well, I'm not a turkey, lol's but I have realized that my mucosa lining

is shot from breathing mycotoxins. necrosis of the mucosa(mucus lining)

that protects our air ways is damaged, from nose and mouth all the way

through.

Intestinal integrity,loseing it.
